Platform Connections: When you connect streaming platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, X), we store OAuth tokens to manage streams on your behalf. We only request permissions necessary to create and manage live broadcasts.

Stream Data: We store stream titles, descriptions, schedules, and configuration you provide.

Usage Data: We collect basic analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the Service.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To relay your stream to destinations you configure

4. YouTube API Services

StreamMixStudio uses YouTube API Services to create and manage live broadcasts on your behalf. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

We access your YouTube channel to: list your live broadcasts, create new broadcasts and streams, and retrieve your stream ingestion credentials. We store OAuth refresh tokens securely to maintain your connection.

You can revoke StreamMixStudio's access to your YouTube account at any time via Google Account Permissions. Refer to Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles your data.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Streaming platforms you connect (YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, X) to manage broadcasts
  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Clerk for authentication services
  • Law enforcement when required by law

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@streammixstudio.com. Upon deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
