1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StreamMixStudio ("Service"), operated by Utmost Solutions LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StreamMixStudio is a live streaming management platform that allows you to create, manage, and distribute live video broadcasts to social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, and X. The Service includes stream relay, embeddable player widgets, branding customization, and broadcast management tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Stream content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Stream content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or usage limits
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

5. Platform Connections

When you connect third-party platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, X), you authorize StreamMixStudio to act on your behalf within the scope of permissions granted. You remain bound by each platform's terms of service. StreamMixStudio is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms on your account.

6. Bandwidth and Usage

Each plan includes specific bandwidth and feature limits. When limits are reached, the Service may reduce functionality according to your configured overage policy. StreamMixStudio is not liable for interruptions caused by reaching plan limits.

7. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Live streaming involves many systems beyond our control including internet connectivity, encoder software, and third-party platforms. StreamMixStudio is not liable for stream interruptions, quality degradation, or failed broadcasts.

9. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you stream through the Service. StreamMixStudio does not monitor, review, or endorse streamed content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamMixStudio and Utmost Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account from the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
